Jason Sugarman was called to the Bar in 1995. He practices exclusively in crime in London and the South-East, with special emphasis on serious fraud and company insolvency matters.

 

He is approved by the Attorney General to undertake work on behalf of H.M. Customs and Excise, the Department of Trade and Industry and he is on the approved list for the Crown Prosecution Service.

 

Throughout his career Jason has been instructed in a number of high profile cases.

 

In addition he has a very extensive experience of all types of crime, including sex offences, violence and dishonesty of all types.  He has prosecuted and defended throughout the London, the South-East and the Midlands. In addition to his work at the Bar he has served as a local authority Councillor for some years.
